The Southern Sandwich Company is a concept born out of a recession, a daydream, and two brothers shared love for great food and old trucks.
It is the culinary interpretation of childhood road trips through the Southeastern United States all the way down into Texas. The food and people of the small towns that quietly exist along Interstates I-95 and I-10 are the inspiration behind this rolling restaurant. Humble folks, humble food.
It's only fitting that it all be stacked high on top of two axles and dragged along with a 350 Chevy V8.
